As we rapidly expand, we're looking for a relentless and relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our network of healthcare providers and employer partners. What You 'll Do

• Identify and connect with healthcare providers and employer groups across West Coast Florida.
• Book qualified meetings daily and build a consistent pipeline of high-potential referral partners.
• Nurture signed accounts to ensure they actively refer patients for TrueScan services.
• Maintain precise CRM records to track outreach, meetings, and referral activity.

• 5+ years of BDR, sales, or business development experience (healthcare or medical device experience highly preferred)
• Comfortable with daily outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
• Highly organized and accountable for hitting clear performance targets
• Local to the West Coast of Florida (St. Petersburg / Tampa Bay / Sarasota area) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
