Sales Manager - Linear Television Advertising Location : Remote/Hybrid (Must reside in Reno, NV or Sacramento, CA) Company : Zeebo, a free Roku-based OTT streaming platform. Zeebo is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our ad sales efforts and build a sales team from the ground up. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with $750/week base salary and the potential to earn up to 25% commission on all sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, cold calling, closing, and setting up a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive ad sales for Zeebo's linear television-style advertising spots.
• Lead the team, ensuring consistent performance in securing new business and closing deals.
• Oversee ad scheduling and inventory for 500 spots available daily at $10 each.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and maximize sales opportunities.

Compensation

:

• $750/week base salary.
• 25% commission on all sales generated by the Sales Manager and their team.
• Additional team commission : Sales team members will receive 15% commission on sales, and the manager will receive the remaining 10%.

Qualifications

:

• Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and closing.
• Proven ability to build and lead a sales team.
• Knowledge of linear TV or OTT ad sales is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
