                Full description of the position
We are seeking an experienced Security Services Sales Manager with a strong background in contract security services and concierge staffing solutions. This is a senior leadership role ideal for a sales professional who understands the operational demands, regulatory requirements, and client expectations specific to the security industry. You'll lead business development efforts, manage client accounts, and drive measurable growth in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: * Security Sales Leadership - Develop and execute strategic sales plans with a focus on contract security services, concierge staffing, fire watch, and special events. Establish performance benchmarks and manage a dynamic sales pipeline. * Client Acquisition & Retention - Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial property managers, luxury residential buildings, retail chains, and institutional clients. Respond to RFPs, lead presentations, and close deals. * Team Development & Leadership - Recruit, train, and lead a sales team with knowledge of security industry licensing, compliance , and client-specific protocols. Promote a culture of high performance, ethics, and accountability. * Cross-Departmental Coordination - Collaborate with operations, human resources, and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of security personnel , appropriate guard coverage, and contract compliance. * Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis - Track competitor activity, analyze local and regional market trends, and propose value-driven service enhancements to maintain competitive edge. * Sales Reporting & KPI Management - Utilize CRM tools to monitor performance metrics, forecast revenue, and report to executive leadership. Adjust strategy based on data-driven insights. Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years ' experience in sales within the contract security industry (required) * Demonstrated success in managing commercial security service accounts exceeding $1M in annual revenue * Familiarity with New York State Division of Licensing regulations and standard security staffing models * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; security-specific certifications (e.g., ASIS CPP) are a plus * Valid New York State Security License (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) is preferred * Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Why Join Us?
