Job Summary

Great opportunity for the right Sales Professional with experience in the Window and Door Home Remodeling Industry! We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Residential Window and Door Sales professional to join our Team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5+ Years experience in the Home Remodeling Sales Industry and will be responsible for driving sales growth in residential markets by effectively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing a tailored solution specific to what the Customer wants. You will be provided with confirmed Leads Daily to help drive Sales Production. This role requires a strong ability to negotiate and market our products while maintaining exceptional customer service skills and standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through set scheduled appointments, presenting product offerings and addressing inquiries.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements to close deals effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Have literature, samples, and educational materials with You at consulting appointments to effectively answer customer questions. Experience
• Proven experience with In-Home Sales, preferably with residential Window and Door Sales.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Familiarity with cold calling techniques and strategies for lead generation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
