Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Gas Station Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with fuel purchases, managing transactions, and promoting additional products and services. A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential for success in this position. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with fuel purchases and other services. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station premises, including fueling areas and convenience store. * Provide product demonstrations and promote additional items to enhance customer experience. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Utilize basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. * Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries. * Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities. * Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory levels as needed. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. * Experience in cash handling is a plus. * A friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer service excellence. * Willingness to learn about products offered at the gas station for effective product demos. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
