Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations. * Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client experiences. * Uphold company policies and procedures while adhering to phone etiquette standards. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques. Experience * Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. * Proficiency in data entry and office software applications. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable. * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. * Familiarity with client services principles and practices is an advantage. * A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
