Job Summary

: We are seeking a motivated Associate Agent to join our ALFA team! The ideal candidate will be committed to serving our communities by delivering a personalized insurance experience along with providing exceptional service. Must have an active MS Property & Casualty license or be willing to obtain the license within the first 30 days of employment. Competitive salary plus uncapped commissions!

Duties

: - Market and sell various types of insurance products to businesses and individuals - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products - Maintain strong relationships with customers - Provide excellent customer service by explaining features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies to promote sales - Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks Skills: - Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales - Strong ability to market our products to the local community - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues - Comfortable using a computer and common software platforms - Must possess good time management skills - Knowledge of insurance sales practices a plus Join our team today and embark on a rewarding career as an Insurance Agent with ALFA!
