Position Summary The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing customized HVAC solutions to commercial clients. This role demands a self-starter with deep industry knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and a strong sales track record. Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships * Develop and deliver customized HVAC proposals and solutions * Collaborate with engineering, service, and installation teams to meet client needs * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing * Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities * Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related industry * Proven success in developing new business and managing client relationships * Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and commercial applications * Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills * Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite What We Offer * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Company gas card * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Generous PTO and paid holidays * Opportunities for growth and advancement in a supportive team environment
