We are seeking a Landscape Architect/Designer/Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting the development of landscape projects during all project phases. You will collaborate closely with the project design team to ensure successful project execution. You will consult with homeowners to determine their landscape goals, and use hand/computer graphics to create plans, prepare estimates, and oversee the sales and implementation of the landscape projects. The ideal candidate has an eye for design and proven work experience as a skilled Landscape Architect/Designer. Qualifications: * Training or certification as a Landscape Architect is preferred OR the equivalent of formal education and credentials in similar fields (Various types of Designers). * Previous experience as a Landscape Architect OR in a similar position. * Creative with an eye for design. * Ability to receive constructive feedback and adjust accordingly. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interest in landscape design principles, including site analysis, grading, planting design, and hardscape design. * Proficiency in drafting and documentation programs (CAD, Microsoft Office, Google Services,etc.). * Proficiency in presentation and rendering programs. Ability to create accurate and visually compelling renderings and presentation graphics by hand and through rendering programs (3D is a plus). * Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment. * Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. Key Responsibilities: * Understanding of design principles. * Assist in graphic presentations. * Ability to prepare cost estimates. * Management of project schedules and budgets. * Preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work. * Manage construction projects. Business Development Responsibilities: * Increase brand recognition and financial growth. * Preparation of public proposals including project vision and approach. * Maximize client contacts throughout the development industry. * Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. * Develop goals for business growth and ensure they are met. * Ability to be proactive and flourish with minimal guidance.
