Job Summary

: The Inside Sales Team member will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our office, or calling in to the office. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide knowledgeable assistance to our clients regarding our range of products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and an interest in learning about commercial restaurant equipment. Expectations:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter.
• Provide detailed information on BSR's products and services.
• Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate data on our CRM.
• Monitor website chat, communicate with customers, as well as prepare quotations.
• Team collaboration.

Requirements

:

• 2-3 Years sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate speed and effectiveness with MS office products and typing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependability, honesty, proactive and professional.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
