Villa & House is a lifestyle wholesale luxury brand servicing interior designers and retailers across the United States. Our proprietary furniture, lighting and dcor products blend a perfect mixture of design and quality for today's discerning consumer base. At Villa & House, clients are our guests, whom we are hosting. Being a wonderful host requires the ability to engage and excite through conversation and storytelling. Villa & House is searching for a wonderful sales manager, in our retail/wholesale showroom, who can sell and service a robust wholesale account base, while retelling our story, "A Modern Take on Classic Luxury." Our team members are multi-disciplined. This is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned sales leader with a passion for interior design.
Responsibilities
:
- Grow sales in various markets, paying keen attention to growing areas and upcoming projects within the design industry.
- Create and implement sales strategies to align with company objectives and sales goals.
- Walk the sales floor with guests, leading by example, offering concierge-level service throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with Sales team, designers and outside sales reps to build upon sales processes, elevating the shopping experience
- Generate quotes and sales orders with both wholesale customers and consumers shopping our showroom. Ensure all sales quotes and orders are written prior to guest exiting the showroom.
- Ability to focus and develop relationship management with clients, improving escalation process.
- Build out process for product sales and upsell experience during client appointments.
- Work with Dallas Sales Manager to cross train department on various showroom tasks so that all showroom locations are streamlined and collaborative.
- Keep current with all product information in detail ; train team on new product intros.
- Structure trunk shows to take advantage of growing markets, while ensuring continued relationships with prior successful show attendees.
- Regularly liaise with senior management and other departments, ensuring the sales process aligns with the broader company objectives.
- Cultivate an environment of open communication, ensuring the team is well-informed and equipped to handle all scenarios.
- Oversee and analyze the metrics, utilizing data to streamline processes and stay ahead of sales objectives.
- Prioritize business objectives and deliver consistent and up to date feedback and training for all Dallas sales staff.
Requirements
:
- A Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or 5+ years of industry experience preferred.
- A minimum of five years of product and sales knowledge, wholesale experience preferred.
- Must be proactive and willing to take initiative
- Must be tech savvy, curious about system functions
- Ability to independently learn and navigate software platforms, prior ERP experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and meet specific project deadlines
- Problem solve with analytical approach, aligning with brand standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
