Our Mission: Restoring Communities Through a Higher Standard Our Core Values: Growth, Partnership, Stewardship Job description: SweetWater Restoration is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to spearhead growth in the greater-Tampa area. This position will focus on developing new relationships with prospective clients and strengthening relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in the Bay Area Apartment Association, have general construction knowledge, and have prior experience in a sales role. In addition to operational excellence, we need someone that will uphold our culture, exemplify our core values, and positively represent the company in all interactions. Key Position Functions * Consistently interact with prospective/established clients and build lucrative relationships within the community. * Secure project contracts in an effective and timely manner. * Serve as a Brand Ambassador for SweetWater, representing our culture and values through community outreach and Association involvement. * Effectively track, manage, and service the CRM. * Engage teammates and other departments to effectively service and contract new projects.
