Position Title: Clinical Specialist (Medical Device Rep) Gyn Surg Position Summary: The clinical specialist is responsible for providing case coverage support, technical support, and physician and nurse training support services. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Percent of Time Duty/Responsibility 100% Product/Field Support Provide prn/per diem case coverage support to Physicians, Hospital Staff, and other Healthcare Personnel to ensure proper and optimal use of the uterine ablation system. Reimbursement is paid by the case, plus mileage & expenses (if applicable). Provide case and clinical support during product evaluations to prospective customers. Case load will be ~1-3 days per week, 1 or more cases. Able to cover cases in local area and surrounding areas within 100 mile radius. Keep current on all product literature and industry developments Ensure all product issues or concerns are properly addressed to ensure long term customer satisfaction. Report customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests within 24 hours of being notified. Complete all required reports weekly. Comply, meet, and abide by all territory healthcare facility vendor credentialing polices. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): 3 years clinical experience, Gyn or WH a plus 2+ years' experience in the OR Proven ability to demonstrate competencies: Action Oriented, Sense of urgency, Perseverance, Learning on the fly and attention to detail Device trouble-shooting skills. Knowledge of computer applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and exercise judgment consistent with organizational and department guidelines. Must have a flexible weekday schedule. Case coverage requests will be made a few days/week in advance. Preferred: Bachelor's degree, RN, Health Science degree, or Surgical Tech 2 years of outside clinical applications or sales experience preferably in the GYN specialty Experience in Sales and/or Sales support Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $50.00 - $150.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Are you COVID vaccinated and willing to get a booter?
