Full-Time | Sales | San Diego Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 base + 10%-15% commission on all sales

Overview

We are seeking experienced Sales Rep to lead expansion efforts in San Diego. This role focuses on cultivating and closing sales with Multi- Tenant Building owners by offering a proprietary TPX cash flow hardware/software solution that creates new income streams for their rental properties. The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales professional with strong closing abilities and experience working with decision-makers in the commercial real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
• Provide clients with financial insights and market data related to the offering, timing, and property value impact
• Cultivate and close sales in your assigned region
• Establish sales territories and quotas; grow the sales team as needed
• Analyze sales metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Forecast results and report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build new partnerships with property owners and decision-makers

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
• Proven success selling to owners and C-suite executives
• Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport with clients
