Job Summary: All Dogs Unleashed is a fast-paced and growing dog training, boarding, and daycare company. We specialize in training puppies, as well as rehabilitating older dogs with behavioral issues. As a Professional Dog Trainer, you would be responsible for training the dogs for everyday-household obedience which would include, but not limited to, teaching come-when-called, leash-manners, sit, down, off, quite as well as stopping undesired behaviors like jumping, barking, lunging, etc. As a trainer, we not only train the dogs but then spend two- three hours coaching the families to show them how to reinforce our training techniques to ensure the training works for them at home as well. Responsibilities/Duties: * Cleaning and taking overall care of the dogs health * Training dogs * Update owners on progress * Coach families * Ensure customer service is top-notch * Maintain quality control across all areas of the company * Provide leadership and direction to members * Work closely with the owner to develop and implement strategies for growth Qualifications * Demonstrate ability to lead and motivate a team * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong organizational and time-management abilities Skills: * Leadership and management * Customer service * Training and development * Problem-solving * Attention to detail Other details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $100,000 per year, with bonus and profit sharing.
