We are looking for a Polestar Specialist to join our team. As a Polestar Specialist, you will be responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional buying experience, from start to finish. You will be the expert on all things Polestar and will work closely with customers to help them choose the right Polestar model for their needs. 25.00 an hour plus bonus! Your responsibilities will include: * Educating customers on the benefits of Polestar vehicles and the Polestar brand * Conducting test drives and providing product demonstrations * Assisting customers in configuring their Polestar vehicle to their specifications * Managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses * Implement Financial Strategies that drive growth and profitability * Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless buying experience for the customer To be successful in this role, you should have: * A passion for electric vehicles and sustainability * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A customer-focused mindset * Be detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease * The ability to learn and understand technical information quickly * Experience in automotive sales and finance is a plus, but not required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
