About Us

: Sanford Honda is a premier dealership committed to providing high-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. We take pride in our extensive inventory of new and used vehicles and are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Floor Manager to help us manage our sales department. This role is ideal for a high performing automotive sales professional ready to step into a leadership role with opportunities to grow into upper management. Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday 9am to 7pm
• Day off during the week
• Closed on Sunday

Key Responsibilities

:

• Close sales deals and support team members during sales process
• Assist and occasionally work in the F&I department
• Train and guide sales consultants on Sanford Hondas Customer Centric Sales Process
• Help structure deals to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
• Monitor showroom activity and customer flow
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and practices
• Contribute to team goals and dealership success

Qualifications

:

• Three years or more of experience in automotive sales with proven ability to close deals and hit targets
• Experience or interest in F&I processes
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
• Self motivated and goal driven with a growth mindset
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record What We Offer:
