As we continue to lead the way, we are looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our award- winning team. Responsibilities: * Manage online sales leads with prompt, professional communication. * Respond quickly and effectively to all internet inquiries. * Guide customers through the sales process from initial online contact to final vehicle delivery. * Maintain meticulous CRM practices, using VIN Solutions to document and track all leads and communication. * Work collaboratively with the sales and management teams to maximize internet sales opportunities and meet dealership goals. Qualifications: * Automotive sales experience is required. * CRM experience -- VIN Solutions knowledge strongly preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong customer service focus with the ability to build lasting relationships. * Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. * Tech-savvy, with a good understanding of online marketing tools and digital communication platforms.
