Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and project management, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and negotiating contracts that align with our company goals. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. * Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and market penetration. * Manage customer relationships using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. * Prepare reports on business development activities, providing insights into performance metrics. * Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote the company's services. Skills * Strong experience in Business Development with a focus on sales strategies. * Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce and Odoo, but must at least know one CRM. * Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strategic planning capabilities to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans. * Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for the company. * Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform decision-making processes. * Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with clients and team members. * Proven track record in sourcing Outsourced services ranging from Call Centers to SOC's Join us as we continue to grow our business and make a significant impact in our industry.
