Job Overview Madison Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to analyze customer needs effectively. Who We Are: [please apply online] Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services. * Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database. * Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. * Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Assist in training new staff members as needed. Experience * Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or office environment. * Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele. * Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. * Experience with cash handling is an advantage but not required.
