As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated Fronters/Openers to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team. Job Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. * Introduce FSM's print and digital marketing services and spark interest. * Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for closers. * Follow a proven script and engage business owners professionally. * Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads. What We 're Looking For: * Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with business owners. * Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales is a plus (but not required). * A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. * Ability to handle objections and keep conversations engaging.
