Academy is seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to sell and market bus charters for our busy Tampa, FL market. Responsibilities: * Responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing client base as well as creating new ones * Generating sales from a wide variety of clients from various industries * Seeking out new clients * Rekindling working relationships from clients who worked with us in the past * Manage a team of sales representatives * Catering to all client needs concerning both sales and operation requests * Running and carefully reviewing daily reports * Entertaining existing and potential clients during and after regular business hours * Attending networking events both during and after regular business hours * Maintaining and creating relationships with partners in various industries Desired Qualities: * Dependable self-motivated person that takes initiative and accountability * Strong communicator * Outgoing and friendly personality * Organized, detail oriented, planner and multi-tasker * Superb time management skills * Works well under pressure * Experience working in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint Desired Skills: * Sales * Customer service * Account / client management * Networking Requirements: * Associates Degree * 3 years of sales experience * 3 years of management experience * Ability and willingness to travel * Transportation industry experience a plus We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance and 401(k).
