We are now hiring a Customer Service Representative. This is an entry-level position. Position Type: Full Time - 5 AM to 7 PM Availability. Must be available to work weekends as needed. Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Overview

: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be placed in the frontlines of a fast-paced environment that rewards critical thinking, advanced problem solving, and teamwork. A successful CSR in our company will be able to navigate the countless personalities encountered on a daily basis. You will be the bridge between our clients' hiring needs and our candidates seeking their next career opportunity. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including managing client inquiries and maintaining client relationships, recruiting temporary candidates and matching them with the best-fit clients, business development following our sales metrics, and maintaining compliance of all paperwork, files, and records.

Responsibilities

:

• Work location is in-person, at office.
• Identify and place candidates in both short-term and long-term assignments, matching client needs with the right talent.
• Process job orders from companies who wish to utilize our services.
• Dispatch employees to job sites.
• Accurately process temporary staff payroll.
• Outbound calls when recruiting new temporary employees.
• Onboarding procedures while hiring new and previous temporary employees.
• Outbound sales calls to companies who may have a need for temporary staffing.
• Setting appointments for clients to meet with the Branch Manager.
• Foster positive relationships with a diverse range of personalities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

:

• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, self-motivation
• Basic mathematical skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful work environment and maintain a positive attitude Preferred Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service and sales
