We're looking for a Sales Engineer to play a critical role in solving customers needs for custom made springs and wire forms. What You 'll Be Doing: * Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and come up with solutions that ultimately result in quotes for custom designed springs * Analyzing customer needs to design springs (or determining manufacturing process and costs of materials that meet specifications and prints created by their engineering department while validating the design). * Reviewing/processing customer orders while verifying costs of manufacturing against historical quotes. * Determining raw material and finished goods material needs and ordering material as needed. * Updating older quotes based on material costs, production speeds, and outside service expenses. * Full understanding of the costs associated with manufacturing the product alongside market conditions and adjust customer pricing as needed. * Coordinating weekly freight shipments for wire materials. * Ensuring high product quality, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance. * Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
