The ideal candidate is someone who: 1) Is not afraid to pick up the phone and dial. This is a numbers game. 2) Is extremely motivated and ambitious. You won't be babysat or micro- managed. 3) Is extremely coachable and can take criticism and implement it effectively. 4) Has a burning desire to be the best, in a very competitive team oriented office.
