What You 'll Be Doing: * This is not your typical appointment setter role --this is an inside sales position where you'll be actively engaging with homeowners, qualifying leads, and providing information about our services. * Be the first voice homeowners hear--engage in outbound, inbound, and cold calls , following up on leads and answering inquiries. Send follow-up information via email and text to interested prospects. * Qualify and assess leads to ensure top-tier quality. * Set, meet, and exceed appointment-setting goals. * What We 're Looking For: Quick thinkers who can work independently * * Experience in outbound calling, sales, cold calling, or telemarketing preferred * Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude Basic computer navigation skills * Dependable, self-motivated team players * * Someone with a competitive spirit who loves to win and thrives in a goal-driven environment * Someone who is open to feedback and eager to adapt and grow What We Offer: * $17 -$18/hr base pay * Uncapped bonuses Paid time off * Paid training * A fun, supportive, and goal-driven team culture * Job Type: Part-Time Shift: Evening (1:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday) Shift: Day's (8:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday) Shift : Weekend (8:00 AM - 2:30 PM Tuesday through Friday and Saturday 8:00 AM thought 3:00 PM) Location Requirement: Must be able to relocate to Vancouver, WA 98665 before starting.
