Container Storage is an established and growing portable storage container rental and sales company. We are looking for a successful, energetic and goal- oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Portland OR branch. You will be building relationships with contractors, retailers, small business owners and other business types through inbound and outbound calls and lead follow up. You will be responsible for finding and following up on sales leads, preparing and sending sales quotes, doing timely follow up, closing deals and preparing lease and sale documents for customer presentation. In addition, you will be directly involved in all levels of customer interaction that generate rentals and sales. To be successful you should be organized, eager to learn and participate, not afraid to pick up the phone and call someone and be ready to pitch in with whatever needs to get done to help our customers and successfully grow the branch. Essential duties and responsibilities * Making outbound prospecting calls to potential and existing customers * Answer inbound calls and document all communications * Update account details in Salesforce.com with potential customers * Lead generation through asking for referrals prospecting and cold calling * Explaining costs and preparing quotes and lease and sale paperwork * Responsible for assisting in the growth of new and current customer base * Help to resolve any service issues, billing issues or customer complaints * Work with others on closing orders and preparing and sending paperwork to customers * Keep accurate files on closed transactions Required skills and abilities * Strong communication and phone sales skills * Organized and efficient.
