TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is NOW HIRING enthusiastic, customer focused individuals for our Customer Sales & Service Representative position! In this role you will become a Relocation Specialist for our customers! This role is based in an office setting near Arrowhead Stadiums! In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills, in-depth knowledge of company services, and compassion for others to build relationships with our customers. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
• Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications
• Input information in to software for accurate estimating and scheduling; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
• Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
• Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of sales/customer service experience
• Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts, plus one Saturday per month
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
• Basic computer/keyboarding skills
• Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Individuals with call center experience excel particularly well in this role Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
