As a Sales Manager in Training, you'll receive hands-on leadership development, empowering you to grow into a management role while earning an industry-leading compensation package. A Day in the Life of a Sale Representative Manager in Training : * Start your day at the office with a team meeting to align, strategize, and motivate. * Work closely with the Sales Manager for mentorship and leadership development. * Coordinate with marketing and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Conduct pre-set, pre-qualified appointments between 1 PM - 7:30 PM (no cold calling or door knocking required). * Deliver compelling in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations. * Use the industry's best sales tools to provide accurate measurements and assess roof conditions. * Streamline contract negotiations using our CRM system and close deals that provide real solutions for homeowners.
