Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
