Summary

PWR Staffing seeking an Area Sales Director that will be an important part of our client's team. You will be responsible for leading a region of Specialty Account Managers in the Northeastern US. Overseeing all sales aspects of the business in a defined geography, including hiring and retaining talent, training and development, business planning, budget management, and maintaining key customer relationships. Also work closely with various teams to maximize sales results.

• Full Time
• Comp Plan: Pay including base, incentive plan and any bonus information: $160K - $190K, quarterly bonus up to $25K
• 50-75% overnight travel required
• Remote Role but must be in New York, New Jersey, Boston, Baltimore or DC.
• Territories these roles will be covering: New York, New Jersey, Boston, Baltimore and DC

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and retain top talent
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership and direction
• Drive area sales performance to meet or exceed annual company sales goals
• Evaluate market dynamics within the region and build business plans that optimize the teams success
• Build/manage relationships with customers/manufacturers
• Maintains effective working relationships throughout all departments and cooperates with all personnel in the Company
• Evaluate the performance of account managers and performance management where necessary by providing candid, timely feedback
• Adheres to the Companys compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policies
• Performs other compliance duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Must have 2+ years of Sales Management experience
• Must have 2+ years of Recruiting experience
• Must have 5+ years of experience in ANY of the following: (Medical Sales, Diagnostic Sales, Specialty Pharmacy Sales or Clinical Pharmacy)
• Must have 5 years of experience with IVIG, Biologics sales in home infusion setting
• Must have a valid Regular Driver License (DL)
• Must have experience managing a team of 12-13+ people.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
