Licensed Agent Description
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to Medicare beneficiaries that have questions regarding their Medicare benefits. Perform benefit comparisons using Medicare compliant call flow and assist consumers with enrollment into plans and products that are most suitable via our provided enrollment tool. Agents will use our quote tool to look up doctors and medications to assist with finding the most beneficial plan. Place clients into a suitable Medicare Advantage Plan from one of our 6 carrier offerings. All training provided.Licensed Agent Compensation
$20/ hour base pay$35/ approved sale ($15 for each sale made on weekly basis- the other $20 is paid in a monthly lump sum after effective date of policy)Weekly Tier Bonus- If an agent reaches this number of sales in any given week they receive a bonus on top of all commissions(10sales-$100, 12sales-$175, 15sales-$250, 17+sales-$400)Daily Tier Bonus- (4sales/day-$50)Sales incentive games offered on a sporadic basis include Bingo, Darts, Dice, Poker, ect.
(opportunity to earn between $5-$25 more per sale)

Hourly, plus commission, plus bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,820.20 per year
