Residential Outside Construction Sales Team Lead Are you driven to be the best? Ultra-Competitive? Goal-Orientated? Self- Motivated? The Team Lead in this position will earn a minimum if $105k if minimum goals are hit, and as much as $205-240k if top level goals are met. We are seeking individuals with rock star potential! People who strive to be the best and can be competitive within a team environment. We will give you all the tools necessary to succeed. Intensive training. One on one and group coaching. Experienced and proven winners available to mentor you and help you unlock and unleash your potential. Sales experience is highly preferred, especially outside construction sales, but not required, only the drive to be the best! This is NOT a 9-5, M-F position! This is a position for people who refuse to slow down in pursuit of their goals! This position is ideal for people who want to work hard and are capable of managing their team to be efficient, and process based. We will help you set and achieve realistic goals, based on your skills, drive, and sales ability. Talented and driven individuals who hit their goals will earn $105k-$240k+ in this position.
