Job Description: Huntington Beach Ford is looking for a experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and motivated individual who is looking for a career in the automotive industry. Job Requirements: * Must have a valid CA driver's license * Must be comfortable working on your feet for long periods of time * Must be comfortable driving in all weather conditions * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment * Must be comfortable with technology (e.g., computer, cell phone) * Must be comfortable with sales and the process of selling a vehicle (verbal and written) * Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team * This position requires travel to Huntington Beach, CA as well as out-of-state sales. Travel is required on a regular basis, up to 30% of the time. * This position requires you to work in the cold weather months (November-April) Responsibilities: *Generate new business by contacting potential customers through outbound calls and emails; identifying customer needs, setting appointments, and following up on leads. *Follow up on leads by contacting interested customers; establishing contact, sizing vehicles, and pricing options, and educating customers about products/services; obtaining and maintaining customer accounts. *Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, customer transactions, and customer relationships. *Identify new opportunities by prospecting for new business within your area of responsibility.
