Build your real estate marketing and operational skills as you ensure that our team upholds the gold standard of excellence in listings, marketing and client service. Responsibilities * Create and maintain company status reports and tracking * Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management and marketing. * Execute team financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget and profit and loss statement. * Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch. * Create and maintain the team's operations manual that documents all systems and standards. * Responsible for hiring, training and coaching members of the operations team. * Build talent acquisition, recruiting and retention systems.
