Third Shift Positions Available $13.00-$15.50 plus bonus

$300 Sign-On Bonus

Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout transaction. Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers and customers.

• Sincerely acknowledge and greet customers immediately as they enter, before they reach transaction counter.
• Meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit.
• Accurately assist customers in a timely manner with cash handling, fuel transactions and Willkomms Plenti Rewards programs while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Respond to customer questions.
• Improve engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Keep transaction counter, store, and parking lot clean, well-stocked, organized and safe.
• Operate Cash Register, manage financial transactions and balance drawer
• Accountable for all cash, checks, credit card slips, reward points and coupons during assigned shift.
• Basic Math skills, able to make change quickly and accurately.
• Assist in displaying of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Walk, stoop, bend and stand for long period of time
• Self-motivated and organized
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior
• Efficient multi-tasking and time management skills
