Overview:

Spray Foam Genie (independently owned and operated by Spray Foam Genie Greensboro) is looking for an experienced sales professional that has a passion for building relationships with businesses and directly with consumers. We want to train you on our product and services so that you can go out and provide energy efficient insulation solutions to Greensboro and surrounding markets (Winston-Salem & High Point).

Spray Foam Genie is a family owned company, who over the past 16 years has served over 3500 homes, saving over 3.5 million dollars in energy across the country. In this role you would be helping to provide solutions for energy efficient homes, positively impacting the environment and peoples quality of life.

Spray Foam Genie is relatively new to the Greensboro market, so this is an incredible opportunity for you to get in at the ground level in one of the fastest growing cities in America.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and exceed sales goals
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
• Prepare quotes and pricing schedules
• Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Attend networking events to build relationships with potential clients
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
• Understand and promote company programs
• Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders
• Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
• Maintain client records and answer questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
• Attend a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year

Skills:

• Must have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using computers and different software applications
• High School or Equivalent Education
• Sales Experience: 3 years (preferred)
• Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
• Computer Skills: 3 years (preferred)
• Drivers license and reliable vehicle required

Pay & Benefits:

• Earning potential: $30-$100K per year
• Base pay of $30-$35K per year

Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus and Uncapped Commissions (Average 1st year compensation with salary/bonus/commission for existing markets have ranged from $80,000-$100,000).
