Position Overview:
Performance Painting Contractors, Inc. seeks an energetic, results-driven individual to join our Sales and Client Relations team. This role is a vital link between our clients and the sales team, contributing to our business's overall growth and success.

Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Effectively route calls and messages to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing to assist clients effectively.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions while maintaining accuracy.
Sales Support:
- Schedule appointments with potential customers for the sales team, ensuring accurate entry into calendars and CRM software (HubSpot).
- Assist with documenting deals, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and generate leads through outbound sales calls and other outreach efforts.
- Conduct research to identify potential residential and commercial projects within our territory, providing valuable insights to the sales team for targeted business development.
Project Assistance:
- As needed, support the sales team with small projects, including preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of exceptional client service.
- Participate in sales meetings, providing valuable input and assistance in strategizing and planning for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), Google Calendar, and Gmail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering outstanding results and contributing to the team and company's success.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role, with the potential to transition into a sales consultant position.
