SUPPLEMENT COACH / STORE ASSOCIATEAPPLY NOW

Full time El Paso, TX

$10 / hour for the first 90 days. $11.00 after the probationary period.

El Paso's #1 supplement store, Supplement Xpress, is NOW HIRING! We're looking for an energetic store associate, whom we also refer to as a 'Supplement Coach'. As a Supplement Coach, we expect any applicant to have a passion for helping community members achieve their fitness goals. Must be able to work and rotate at all 6 locations in El Paso and must have an open schedule.

Hours of store operations:

Monday-Saturday 9 am to 8 pm

Sunday 10am-6pm

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the Supplement Xpress managerial team to provide exceptional customer service
• Have the ability to learn new products in order to coach customers on which supplements to take
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to increase sales
• Operate the cash register, accept payments, provide receipts, and bag merchandise for customers
• Stock, display, and rotate products according to Supplement Xpress General Managers needs

Key Qualifications:

• Passion for health, nutrition, fitness and helping others
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours, sitting 1-4 hours
• Preferred English & Spanish
• Preferred 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
