About Us: At Home Solutions NorthWest LLC we're dedicated to helping our reps succeed in the investor real estate market. We provide leads and training.

Compensation: 15% comission of the net profit the company closes (Typical deal sizes are in the 40k-150k profit ranges, sometimes more)

Room to grow to 20% with experience and timeline at company

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Type: You choose your hours

What You'll Do: As a Sales Representative at Home Solutions Northwest LLC, you'll be a vital part of our mission.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Door knocking: We supply the leads and training. We tell you exactly where to go, who to ask for and what to say. You invest your time, gas and printing. Thats it.

2. Target: Collect sellers necessary inforamtion, and ask a few vital questions (script provided) Once you acquire sellers necessary information and reported back to our team (CRM), when our sales team negotitates, contracts, and close the deals, you get paid when it closes and funds at title. You never take a dime out of your pocket.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in door to door sales. A passion for helping people.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
• Money motivated individuals.
