Overview
Elysium Tiles Inc is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships. The job is 70% Merchandising, setting up tile displays in the dealer's showroom. No overnight traveling is needed. This position will report to the Sales Manager.
The territory:
Seattle South (South of 90 Highway to Tacoma and Olympia)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities and identify current customers who may be ideal candidates for Elysium Tiles Incs products and services.
- Develop a knowledge of Elysium Tiles Incs products and services and market trends.
- Develop a knowledge of current customer profiles, needs, concerns, objections, etc.
- Identify new business opportunities using CRM tools and other resources.
- Maintain existing customer relationships by identifying ways to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue.
- Participate in product demonstrations to potential customers to increase sales conversion and build brand awareness.
- Continually seek out opportunities to expand sales within your territory.
- Continually seek out ways to improve customer experience while on the phone or in the office.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or related field preferred.
- 3 year clean driving records
- associate degree is preferred
- Standing, walking, moving, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted and regularly. (This is a physical demanding job and 70% of job is merchandising)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
