Real estate office mgr experienced with management of single family homes. Must be detail oriented, ability to communicate well and efficient with computers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advertise & market units for rental.

Inspect and co-ordinate maintenance to meet standards for rent ready units

Maintain a positive productive relationship with tenants

Setting and collecting rents

Screening tenants for rentals

Maintain office hours 8:00-5:00 pm, M-F

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in property management or experience in real estate.

License not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
