PLM is looking for a Sales Development Representative to be responsible for following up on warm leads, upselling, cross selling, and convert them into customers. Duties will include reaching out to potential customers and cold/warm leads by phones, text, and emails. Assist our Sales Team by reaching out to potential D2C, B2C, B2B leads, qualify and setting appointments with Account Executives. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process, and excellent communication skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a must.

Private Label MFG is currently looking to immediately hire a qualified Sales Development Representative who will assist our team by expanding our customer base through lead generation strategies. This role will allow you to develop consultative sales skills while building a strong pipeline of qualified leads, soliciting potential customers and growing a skill set that will transition into future advancement opportunities within our company.
Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers for up-sell and cross-sell.
- Contact potential customers who our leads
- Comfortable with making 100+ voice calls, emails, text daily.
- Make 100+ outbound/inbound calls daily and convert leads to customers.
- Send 100+ outbound emails daily and convert leads to customers.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through prospecting.
- Moving solid leads through the sales process, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but never committed to move forward in the sales process.
- Continuing to hone in on your skill to increase performance and income opportunities.
- Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
- Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment.

Sales Development Representative Requirements:
- Proven sales, cold calling, customer service, or marketing experience.
- High level of drive to succeed in sales. Driven, Persistent, Motivated.
