GARDENING ACCOUNT MANAGER Rocky Mountain Custom Landscapes (RMCL) is an award-winning landscape design, construction, and maintenance firm with locations in Denver, Vail, and Aspen, Colorado. We are currently accepting applications for a Gardening Account Manager at our Vail location. RMCL is committed to finding team members that fit our Mission, Vision and Core Values. To be considered, applicant should be an experienced gardener that has worked for a professional company, with supervisor/business sense as well as a strong understanding of green industry trends and practices Knowledge of landscape gardening practices is a must. The ability to communicate in Spanish is extremely helpful but not required. This position is directly responsible for assisting manager with supervising and training crews, creating a fun and safe work environment, ensuring client satisfaction through routine and detailed site inspections, annual and perennial layout, selling of enhancement garden projects, material sourcing/ordering, and monitoring labor and material to complete projects within budget. Will train the right applicant. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to - - Daily oversight of field crews - Crew training - Review of crew time sheets - Active communication with manager, clients, and co-workers - Client meetings/customer service calls - Job site inspections & troubleshooting - Project estimating and sales - Design and placement of perennials and annuals - Possible work during snow removal events, if desired Required Qualifications - Valid driver's license and clean record - Able to pass a background check - Strong knowledge of Colorado perennials & annuals for design and placement - minimum 3 years. - Ability to effectively supervise foreman and crews - Able to meet all physical demands of the position - Ability to work in a faced paced environment - Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Office - Knowledge of photo editing software on iPhone - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Great organizational and time-management skills - Solve practical problems and unexpected changes - Have a high attention to detail - Strong customer service skills Compensation - Salary based upon experience - Company Vehicle (for work use only) - Company Phone (for work use only) - Benefits - Health, 401K, Paid Vacations, sick time and Holidays for full- time, year-round employees - Annual Commission - Team Atmosphere - Opportunities to attend award ceremonies and receive recognition Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $44.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Relocation assistance * Tuition reimbursement Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Work Location: Multiple locations
