Full description of the position

JOB SUMMARY

The primary goals of the Sales & Marketing are to convert service inquiries into consultations and to provide the highest level of customer service in accordance with Company standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Answer telephone using professional etiquette.
  • Follow the prescribed inside sales process including being responsive, building a strong relationship with the caller, qualifying the client, developing the care profile, gaining commitment, and following up on leads.
  • Communicate features, benefits and advantages that relate to the identified needs of each potential client.
  • Maintain a minimum 50% conversion ratio converting inquiries into consultations.
  • Answer all service-related questions from the caller.
  • Communicate effectively and persuasively to all callers.
  • Greet visitors to office in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Document all service inquiry activity according to standards.
  • Enter service inquiry data into designated software system according to standards.
  • Schedule consultations for potential clients and designated office personnel in timely manner.
  • Make follow-up contact via phone calls, letters, and emails to referral sources inquiring about potential clients.
  • Make follow-up contact via phone calls, letters, and emails on RAH client referrals made to other providers such as facilities, elder attorneys, etc.
  • Contact physicians of new clients with summary of services provided.
  • Visit community referral sources such as churches, senior centers, etc. with marketing materials.
  • Follow up on non-converted clients by adhering to established follow-up procedures.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Make outbound calls to prospective caregivers, schedule caregiver interviews, and contacts clients regarding changes to service.
  • Perform clerical duties such as making copies, sending facsimiles, assembling manuals, mailing materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY

  • Ability to clearly communicate with prospective clients and staff via telephone, email, and in person.
  • Demonstrate excellent perceptive listening skills, recording information in written format.
  • Proficient with Microsoft® Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn new contact management or scheduling software used in the course of regular duties.
  • Read, write, clearly speak, and understand English.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to properly prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work autonomously making sound judgment while following standards and guidelines.
  • Available Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and occasional evenings and weekends for on-call duties.
  • Experience with Digital and social media

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years in customer service environment preferred.
  • Inside sales experience using consultative techniques preferred.
  • Computer experience with data entry, word processing and Microsoft Windows® based software.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Works in office setting.
  • Occasional visits to client’s home in residential or care facility setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
