Sales Design Consultant:

Becoming a Sales Design Consultant with Budget Blinds involves showing people our beautiful window coverings and helping them select the ones they want for their homes. We teach you how to treat the customer to a perfect in-home shopping experience where the customer is never pressured in any way.  Customers love to give you referrals because of this.

We help people choose beautiful window coverings for their homes.  Our salespeople visit friendly customers who have phoned and requested that a salesperson drop by. These are customers who want to purchase window coverings now. Our salespeople NEVER do cold calls—we have more customers calling than we can handle.

When a customer orders window covering through you, our top-notch installers will do a first-class job of installing them. Customers love our installers and the word is getting around. You will come into the office for training and meetings, and have other regular contact with your happy, energetic coworkers.

Must have the following skills:

Clean driving record

Good manners and clean appearance

Able to take accurate measurements 

Complete tasks timely and adhere to schedule

Provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail

Able to work Monday through Saturday, 40-50 hours

Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities

Ability to meet monthly sales quotas and goals

Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Ability to network and build rapport with clients

Ability to duplicate our proven systems

Willingness to learn new techniques
