Post Op Partners, an award-winning distributor of Breg, Inc., manufacturer of orthopedic products and healthcare solutions, is looking for a great SALES REPRESENTATIVE in the Central Illinois territory.
We specialize in providing great products to customers but it does not end there. In the face of sweeping changes to the healthcare system we also represent a market leading consulting division called Breg Impact. Their team offers healthcare providers with solutions for revenue generation and profit enhancement. The program has been regarded as the gold standard in the industry. Today our most successful representatives no longer focus solely on detailing products. They have learned to become consultants for their customers setting them apart from their competition.
Our goal is to find an experienced outside sales representative for a territory in Central Illinois. The ideal candidate may have previous medical sales experience and a working knowledge of the Orthopedic industry. But someone with B2B sales experience, especially a consulting type role, would also be strongly considered. The individual that is hired will be rewarded with a healthy territory and given responsibility that will allow the individual to work quickly toward a significant annual income.
The ideal candidate is currently living in one of the following cities or surrounding Central Illinois areas; Bloomington, Champaign, Decatur, Peoria, Springfield, or Urbana. We will consider candidates looking to relocate but have a preference for someone already established within the territory.
If you are looking to break into medical sales we expect that you have already mastered how to "sell a product or service." Come prepared to document your previous success closing new business as well as managing existing customer relationships.
Stability is the key to success in our business. As a result we interview individuals who are searching for a long-term career defining opportunity. We will only consider individuals with a documented history of stable employment.
Our sales team was the number one distributor in the county in 2018 We have doubled market growth rate over the previous five years. And that trend will continue! As a result we expect this territory to double in volume over the next five years. This will dramatically increase the compensation package making it a career-defining role. There may also be an opportunity for growth within the organization.
