World-renowned, Global research, benchmarking, executive coaching, and project management outsourcing firm is hiring an entrepreneurial, high energy, self-directed Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This person will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Ability to build prospect pipelines through online sourcing and creative prospecting strategies
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos and presentations to prospects

Qualifications:

  • Proven inside sales experience in the benchmark research, executive education, conference/trade show, executive coaching, and/or other relevant senior level B2B sales environment.
  • At least 2 years experience selling to senior level professionals - Director level and above. Human Resources and Talent Management experience a plus.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Ability to think creatively and source leads
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Certificate or advanced training in sales a plus
