Job Description:
AGSCO Corporation is a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial minerals, blasting equipment, and related materials and services. We are looking for a full-time Outside Sales Representative based out of our Pine Brook, NJ location that has a mechanical and/or industrial background. Our ideal candidate will be able to increase their sales territory by acquiring new business, qualifying new customers and following up with sales leads. All training will be provided by current, more senior employees.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with current customers and establish new business
- Provide pricing for minerals and abrasives, blast aggregates, floor aggregates, equipment and custom services
- Maintain sales territory accounts
- Scheduling and maintaining appointments for sales leads
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Business to business sales experience in an industrial environment preferred but not required
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
