Agfa Graphics is a leading supplier to the printing industry. All over the world, we supply sign & display companies with a range of highly productive and versatile wide-format inkjet printers and dedicated inks, in addition to workflow automation software. We also serve various industries by deploying our state-of-the-art inkjet inks in printing solutions that are integrated into existing manufacturing processes.
Commercial, newspaper and packaging printers count on us for the most extensive range of prepress solutions, including hardware, software and consumables. These include a.o. user-friendly chemistry-free printing technology which saves costs and the environment, as well as mobile publishing software for newspapers and magazines.
The Contract Sales Representative is responsible for all service related sales, graphic systems lead generation, and assigned marketing activities in a defined geography. The goal of this position is to achieve assigned sales quotas and drive incremental revenue growth including the sale of hardware, software and workflow upgrade contracts.
This position will be a home base position and can be located anywhere within the United States.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales quota for elements of both the service business revenue stream and workflow related upgrade contracts
Develop and manage services distribution channels to increase market awareness, and gain sales efficiency
Provide qualified prospects to field sales force for Electronic Prepress Equipment, Consumables, Workflow and Inkjet solutions along with Workflow Upgrades
Manage customer base to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure all required administrative tasks associated with processing and quoting contracts through use of SAP are correct and have met customer approval and understanding
Education:
Degree: BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a fast paced inside/outside sales environment
Sales & Marketing experience within a Service environment
Specific skills:
Proposal Writing
Negotiation Skills
Ability to manage entire sales process; beginning to end.
